Payment and Insurance

APP accepts most insurance plans; however, payment is the responsibility of the individual who contracts for service. Please contact your insurance provider to determine if you have mental health benefits and if pre-authorization is required. You may also contact our office staff to aid with insurance questions.

Payment is expected promptly once your insurance has processed your claim. We will be happy to accept your credit card information for those co-pays, deductibles, and balances that your insurance company deems to be your responsibility. If you have no insurance, payment must be made on the date of service.
