Hours

All services are available by appointment. The Rochester office is open 8 am to 8 pm Monday through Thursday, and 8 am to 5 pm on Fridays. Saturday appointments are available in the Rochester office only. The Faribault office is open Tuesday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. The Owatonna office is open Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 8 am to 5 pm and Friday 8 am to 12 noon. APP does not offer emergency or crisis intervention services.

Payment and Insurance

APP accepts most insurance plans; however, payment is the responsibility of the individual who contracts for services. APP's office staff is available to assist in assuring that insurance carrier's requirements for service providers and documentation are met.
